We recommend booking at least one week ahead, particularly during spring and autumn when demand increases. Same-week appointments are sometimes available depending on technician schedules in your area.
Do I need to remove curtains before your arrival?
No. Most services are performed with curtains in place. For our Complete Care Package, we handle removal and rehanging as part of the service.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We'll arrange a return visit to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Can you provide same-day service?
Same-day service is rarely available but can be requested for urgent situations. An additional express fee applies.
Do you work on bank holidays?
We operate on some bank holidays depending on technician availability. Check when booking for specific dates.
